Step 1: Download the program

Simply click on the architecture that matches your computer.

Step 2: Run the program

No installation is required! Once the download is complete, double-click the file to start the program.

If a security notification appears, accept it and proceed.

Step 3: Provide your details

Once launched, a RustDesk window will open. On the left side, you will see two fields: “Your ID” and “Password.”

Please provide us with these two pieces of information (by phone, chat, or email) so that our technician can connect to your computer securely.

Step 4: Accept the connection

When our technician initiates the connection, a dialog box will appear on your computer.

Accept the connection request to allow us to take control and begin the support session.

Step 5: End of the session

When the support session is finished, our technician will disconnect.

For your safety, the password is generated randomly each time the program starts, so no one can access your computer without your authorization.

You can close the program at any time to immediately end the session.

Security notes

The session is fully protected.

You have complete control — you can always see what our technician is doing.

Never share your ID or password with unauthorized persons.
